The FLEXSuite family of desktop apps · macOS & Windows

Software you own,
not rent.

Every FLEXSuite app is a one-time purchase — pay once, keep it, run it offline. No monthly fee, no account required, no data leaving your machine. The only subscription anywhere in the suite is an optional Cloud tier for teams.

Why FLEXSuite

The same three promises, in every app.

One-time purchase

You buy the app, you own the app. No forced subscription for Base or Pro. Cloud tiers, where a product offers one, are the sole deliberate exception — and they exist only for team and multi-user features.

Local-first by default

Your data lives on your device. No forced cloud sync, and no account required to run a Base or Pro license. Offline is the normal state, not a degraded one.

License validation only

No telemetry, no analytics beacons, no behavioral tracking. The only thing an app phones home for is confirming your license — a suite-wide commitment across every FLEXSuite™ product.

Pricing philosophy

Three tiers. And yes — one of them is a subscription.

We would rather answer this here than have you discover a Cloud tier on a product page and wonder whether “no subscription” was marketing. Here is the whole model: Base and Pro are one-time purchases across every FLEXSuite product. Cloud, where a product offers one, is the single subscription tier and exists only for team and multi-user scenarios.

Base

One-time

One-time purchase

The full core application, running entirely on your machine. No account, no sync, no expiry. Buy it once and keep the version you paid for.

Pro

One-time

One-time purchase

Everything in Base plus the advanced, power-user capabilities of that product. Still local-first, still no account required, still a single payment.

Cloud

Subscription

Subscription — team features only

Offered only where multi-user work genuinely requires shared infrastructure: sync across people, shared records, and team permissions. Running a server for other people costs money every month, so this tier is honestly priced as a subscription. It is optional, and never required to keep using Base or Pro.

The short version

You can use any FLEXSuite product forever without ever paying a recurring fee. ProjectFLEX plans a Cloud tier for shared team work, and crmFLEX plans the same Base / Pro / Cloud structure — in both cases Cloud is additive, optional, and scoped to multi-user features. Nothing you already bought stops working if you never subscribe.
